I've accessed the streaming link but can not find where to enter my password. How do I login?
A. The screen to enter your password will appear 1 hours prior to the start of the stream.
Even if my country/region is not listed in the areas the stream will be serviced to, is there still a way to watch the stream?
A. No. Streaming is only available in the areas the ticketing platform Eplus can sell tickets to, which are the areas that are listed. Therefore, if you try watching from an area that is not included you will not be able to access the stream.
I live outside Japan, but I purchased my ticket from the Japanese website. Will my streaming schedule be based on the time in Japan?
A. No. Streaming schedule is not based on which website (JP or EN) you buy from. Your streaming schedule is based on the country you are watching from.
Will there be English subtitles in the video?
A. Yes. Video will include English subtitles for Japanese and Japanese subtitles for English.
If I buy tickets for the Dec. 17 th Premiere stream, do I have access to the restreams from Dec.18 th to 20 th ?
A. Yes. 1 ticket gives you access to all streams. Note that there is a waiting period after you purchase your ticket and until you receive your password, so we recommend buying tickets early.
Can I watch streams in a different country/region scheduled for a different time?
A. No. The streams will only be available with the streaming schedule of your country/region. Streamed content can not be rewinded and is not on-demand.
Can I watch the stream without downloading an App?
A. Yes. You do not need to download an App, you will just need the streaming link and password.
